Ingredients

2 oz pepper vodka4 oz V8® vegetable juice1 slice jalapeno pepper

Preparing

Pour pepper vodka and V-8 juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Float a slice of jalapeno pepper on top, and serve.
