Ingredients

2 oz gin1 oz lemon juice1/2 tsp Blue Curacao liqueur1 tsp superfine sugar1 egg3 oz club soda

Preparing

Combine the gin, lemon juice, Curacao, sugar, and egg in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.
