Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey1/2 oz tawny port2 1/2 oz club soda2 tsp water1 tsp superfine sugar1 pinch grated nutmeg1 pinch ground cinnamon

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz blended whiskey1/2 oz tawny port2 1/2 oz club soda2 tsp water1 tsp superfine sugar1 pinch grated nutmeg1 pinch ground cinnamon

Preparing

Dissolve the sugar in the water and whiskey in a highball glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and add club soda. Float tawny port on top. Garnish with a lemon twist, and dust with nutmeg and cinnamon. Serve.
