Ingredients

1 oz lime juice1 oz lemon juice1 oz orange juice1 oz cranberry juice1 pinch salt1 scoop lime ice cream1 pinch lemon zest Pepsi® cola

Preparing

1. Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice. Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice. 2. Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out. Serve.
