Ingredients: 4 cups madeira6 tbsp honey2 tbsp lemon juice8 strips oranges peel6 whole cloves1/2 cinnamon stick1/2 cup Cointreau® orange liqueur

Ingredients

4 cups madeira6 tbsp honey2 tbsp lemon juice8 strips oranges peel6 whole cloves1/2 cinnamon stick1/2 cup Cointreau® orange liqueur

Preparing

Combine madeira, honey, juice, peel, cloves and cinnamon in a large saucepan and bring almost to simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes (do not simmer). Add cointreau and stir until hot. Serve warm in heat proof glasses or mugs, leaving peel and spices in pan.
