Ingredients

450 g sugar1 liter soda water2 1/2 oz lemon juice1/2 liter cognac mint sprigs2 washed, sliced oranges1/2 diced pineapple5 - 6 washed, halved strawberries seedless grapes225 cl Champagne50 cl brandy150 cl claret150 cl white rhine wine

Preparing

Pour the soda, lemon juice, cognac, mint and fruits into a large punch bowl. Slowly dissolve in the sugar, to taste. Add the champagne, brandy, claret and wine, and top with 3 liters of water. Add a block of ice. Serve in wine glasses.
